Time It Goes by So Fast!

Where to begin it has been since February that I last wrote here!  Well there is a lot to share and not a lot of time for me to do, so I will make it quick!

So back in February I was still a district manager working hard to schedule parties and build some clientele.

I won't lie it wasn't easy but it was fun!  I have met so many different people and have learned so much about myself.  First, I can do something other than healthcare!  Next, I have the best family in the world (yours may be too, but mine rocks...they support me in all my endeavors!).  Finally, when it becomes tough that is when I must be stronger!

Through my many valleys and highs I managed to promote to Area Manager in March!  I was super excited because that means I am one step away from my first goal, Regional Vice President.  With that title many great things happen, one my daughter gets my car and I drive home a Mercedes.   But that isn't my first excitement of reaching the next level, it is about doing what I thought was impossible!  Anything is possible and the only thing that keeps you from reaching goals is your mind!  I do truly believe that! Do you?  What is holding you back from going after what you want?  Well, first what is it that you want?

Besides Arbonne, I had the awesome opportunity to be part of my church's "The Promise" this is a very intense and well done play about the life of Jesus.  I love being part of this yearly production because I know I am giving of myself for God to bring others to know Him, and that makes me smile!  Below is a picture of Christina, Misty, Me and Lisa 4 of 10 Hebrew Ladies!  Yes, I was a dancing Hebrew woman.

Back to Arbonne! In April I had the opportunity to visit Las Vegas for the annual Global Training event for Consultants...WOW~! As a new Area Manager I had the opportunity to attend the Pure White Vibe party with my other uplines.  All I can say is that no other corporate job would treat you like I was treated with Arbonne.  I truly felt appreciated and cared for and that we WANTED to be there not because we HAD to be.  I love being part of this amazing company and cannot wait to see where it takes me!

Arbonne hasn't only changed my physical appearance (see below) but also my mentality.  No degrees, no work experience, no tests or mandatory meetings will ever do what I experienced in Las Vegas this past April! I must thank Katie Kniss my RVP for sharing this amazing opportunity with me and God for not letting me pass it by and trusting in Him that all things are possible through Christ!

Hello - it has been a little bit since I last shared anything about my success thus far with this amazing company - Arbonne.  As of last month I qualified for Area Manager and currently working diligently to become Area Manager!  Each day I am coming closer to that Mercedes AND building a team that is strong and willing to work for what they want.

You may think it is all about the money or what I can earn - but in reality it has nothing to do with those (maybe a little).  I love people and I most certainly enjoy hearing people share their successes and trials! You can be so much more when you decide to listen and truly hear what someone is saying - you will begin to see how the products you love will change another persons life!

I believe EVERYONE wants success - but not all of us are willing to use the elbow grease that is associated with success!

I have come to realize that having your own business is about being someone who gives - and desires to give without taking anything in return!  A book I recently started reading by Bob Burg; Go Givers Sell more has really intrigued me.  Why, you may ask?

What is the nature of selling?  To receive cash or some sort of value in exchange for your product or service, right?  True but more deeply it is about serving the person you are selling too - or attempting to sell to :).

I have realized something as I have been reading this book - people want/desire to be heard.  By understanding this I as the promoter of Arbonne products - I need to hear what my client wants and be educated enough to realize I have what they need!

This journey of being part of an MLM has guided me through places I never thought I would journey. I have done things that I didn't think I would do - I am certainly blessed that I was allotted this opportunity.

Most importantly I am blessed to have met so many new people and have had the opportunity to be a giver to many!  God Bless!
